Easy & Fun Workout That You Can Do at Home!

Exercise, though dreaded and inconvenient, is a necessity. However, I can honestly say that I have found a workout that I can do in my living-room. It's a DVD called Walk Away The Pounds with Leslie Sansone. I know what you are thinking, "How on earth am I going to walk in my living-room?" Well, it's a simple workout that features a more "marching" styled brand of movements rather than actual walking. According to Leslie, you still get to shed the pounds as if you were walking around your block or neighborhood.

I've done the workout, and I am impressed. Unlike most DVDs, it's not complicated and too hardcore. It's fairly simple, keeps a good pace, and you can pop it in and "walk" a mile in 30 minutes. As a mom, I know the importance of keeping it quick. Leslie also offers some longer "walks" in the video, but I've found that the shorter workouts work best for my schedule.
