It's a brownie, it's a cake, it's SUPER FOOD!

Want some good news about eating healthy? I have some! SUPER FOODS! There are actually foods that can aid you in weight loss and overall fitness. All you have to do is add them to your eating plan or diet. I prefer the term "eating plan" because it puts less pressure on me. I don't like pressure, okay?

So, what are some examples of super foods?
  • blue berries
  • broccoli
  • walnuts
  • yogurt
  • oats
  • oranges
  • spinach
  • turkey
  • tea (green & black)
  • tomatoes
  • salmon
  • pumpkin
  • beans
These are just a few good examples of super foods. You might like to know what makes super foods so... well, super. No problem, I'd be happy to explain. These foods are proven to lower cholesterol, reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer, and also have the power to put you in an excellent mood. (Not to mention they aid in helping you lose a few pounds!) So why not simply pick up a few at the super market and add them to your meals? Moms- you might also want to add these to your kids diets. American children are getting overweight, it's not too early to get them started on healthy eating habits.
